JHS Level
JHS Entrance Exam
Open to male candidates only who have completed or are completing Primary 6. Applicants must be 14 years or younger.
SHS Level
SHS Entrance Exam
Open to all genders who have completed or are completing JHS 3 (BECE). Applicants must be 17 years or younger.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Follow these steps carefully to complete registration

Fill in the registration form completely and accurately. All fields marked with * are compulsory and must not be left blank.

Upload a clear, recent passport-size photograph of the candidate. The face must be fully visible with a plain background. You may use your device camera to take one directly.

Double-check all information before submitting. Names, date of birth, and contact details must exactly match official documents as they will appear on your exam slip.

After submitting the form, you will be redirected to a secure Paystack payment page to pay the GHS 50.00 registration fee. Payment can be made via card or Mobile Money.

Upon successful payment, your official registration slip will be generated automatically. Print or save this slip — it contains your unique Exam ID which you will need on exam day.

An SMS confirmation will be sent to the guardian's primary mobile number with your Exam ID. Ensure the mobile number entered is active and correct.

Registration fee is non-refundable. Ensure you meet all eligibility requirements before making payment.

Each candidate must only register once. Duplicate registrations will be cancelled without refund.

Do not close the browser or navigate away during payment. Doing so may interrupt your registration. If payment is debited but no slip appears, contact support with your payment reference.

The registration slip must be presented on the day of the examination. Candidates without a valid slip will not be admitted to the examination hall.
